Paul Cronin is a principal in real estate development partnerships and a partner at Three Keys Capital Advisors, a merchant banking and advisory firm. He is also a founder/partner of Salmon Leap Capital Partners; a consulting and corporate advisory company focused on CFO services as well as financial institutions capital and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Cronin is an investor in multiple start ups and established companies in technology, business services, sports/media, education, bio-medical/agricultural engineering, and financial services. Also, he is a board member at Dalco Metals, VEI and LDCRE (real estate investment/advisory).
He had a successful career of 30+ years in banking/financial services with various international and regional banking groups (including Santander Bank, KeyBank, HSBC, and ABN AMRO Group/LaSalle Bank). This included responsibility for developing and executing strategies for banking businesses including corporate and structured finance as well as client development/management. Sectors included public and private across multiple industries including Financial Services, Aerospace/Defense, Consumer Products, Transportation, Industrial/Metals, Energy Distribution, Technology and Chemicals.
Previously he served as Adjunct Professor at Mendoza School of Business at University of Notre Dame and at Loyola School of Law. Originally from Ireland, he resides with his wife and family in Darien, CT. He sits on multiple philanthropic boards and volunteer activities focused around youth education, financial literacy and Catholic causes. He is a Knight of the Order of Malta a Catholic lay order whose mission is to care for the poor and the sick.
Christopher J. O'Brien is President and Founder of O'Brien Capital Advisors, Inc. He was formerly a Founder and Partner of Endurance Partners, LLC., a long term capital vehicle. Mr. O'Brien was formerly the President of US & Europe for lnvestcorp International, Inc., a publicly traded alternative asset firm, overseeing $25bb in assets in offices in Bahrain, London and New York. lnvestcorp, founded in 1982, is the oldest transatlantic alternative asset firm in the world with investments in hedge funds, private equity, real estate, venture capital and distressed debt in 15 different countries on 3 continents. At lnvestcorp, O'Brien completed 40 platform acquisitions in pe investing over $68B. Chris is formerly the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University. Chris is a Knight of The Sovereign Military Order of Malta, a Catholic lay organization dedicated to helping the sick and the poor.
Chris is a volunteer and financial literacy advisor with PEHT, the Partnership to End Human Trafficking. Chris is a Don Bosco Scholars Coach, an organization dedicated to mentoring and guiding first gen high school students navigating the complexities of the college application process including securing scholarships and financial aid.
